REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards.
* Some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to us without prior notice. We will not be responsible for such shipment/order.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error.
CHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different model, please email us at info@glucody.com and we will tell you how to proceed.
In the event that the product is damaged or incorrect on our part, the changes will be completely free, but if it is the customer who makes a mistake when placing the order and wants to change or return the product, it will be the customer who must pay the shipping cost. The shipping price will vary depending on the shipping address.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take a few days for the refund to appear in your bank account, this is completely normal.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund can be posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, this product cannot be returned or exchanged, as it was a thoughtful gift from us.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to themselves and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
Shipment

Shipping costs for returning your item are our responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £20, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
