REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards.
* Some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase without prior notice. We will not be responsible for such shipment/order.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons due to our error.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different model, please email us at info@glucody.com and we will tell you how to proceed.

If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our fault, exchanges will be completely free, but if the customer makes a mistake when placing the order and wants to exchange or return the product, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. The shipping price will vary depending on the shipping address.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. It may take a few days to appear in your bank, which is completely normal.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you still have not received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is reflected.
If you have already done all of the above and still have not received your refund, you can contact us by writing to info@glucody.com.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we sent it directly to you, this product cannot be returned or exchanged, as it was a gesture from the company.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the person who gave the gift decided to have the order sent to them first and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift and they will be informed of your return.


Shipping
To return your product, you must contact us via WhatsApp (+34 601 608 366) or Email (info@glucody.com) and we will tell you how to proceed.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchange of your product may vary.

If you send an item worth more than €20, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the return of your item.
