In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and the

The user has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by the Controller, thus showing interest in the information advertised on the Network. By joining our page, you provide us with your consent for the processing of those personal data published on your profile.
The user can access the privacy policies of the Social Network itself at any time.

The Controller has access to and processes the user's public information, especially their contact name. This data is only used within the Social Network itself. It is not incorporated into any file.

*Deletion and/or Objection: As in the previous case, it can only be satisfied in
in relation to that information which is under the control of the Controller, for
for example, to no longer be linked to the profile.
*Portability: the possibility of transmitting data from one controller to another is provided,
therefore, the data subject will have the right to have their personal data transmitted
directly when technically possible.
*Restriction: This is a precautionary measure that reduces the processing of data
personal data for storage.
Cases in which the data subject will have the right to obtain from the controller
processing, the restriction of data processing is regulated by the law and includes:
- When the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data, during a
period that allows the controller to verify their accuracy. - When the processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the deletion of the

•Publication on the user's profile of all information already published on the
Responsible Party's page.
•Send personal and individual messages through the Social Network's channels.
•Status updates of the page that will be published on the user's profile.
The user can always control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them, and restrict with whom they share their connections; to do so, they must access their privacy settings.
Posts
The user, once joined to the Responsible Party's page, may publish on the latter
comments, links, images or photographs, or any other type of content
multimedia supported by the Social Network. The user, in all cases, must be the owner of them, enjoy copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties. Any publication on the page, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that attack or may attack morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate, or breach intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or the Law is expressly prohibited. users, so they themselves are primarily responsible for their privacy.
Images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any
file by the Responsible Party, but they will remain on the Social Network.
Contests and promotions
The Responsible reserves the right to hold contests and promotions, in which
the user may participate linked to their page. The rules for each of them, when the Social Network platform is used for this purpose, will be published there.
