GLUCODY S.L (hereinafter, the Responsible Party), through this document,
sets out its Policy on the collection and processing of cookies, in compliance with the provisions of article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).
Cookies are stored on the user's terminal device (computer or mobile device) and collect information when visiting the website GLUCODY.COM, with the aim of improving its usability, understanding the browsing habits or needs of users to adapt accordingly, as well as obtaining information for statistical purposes. In the case of users who are already clients of the Responsible Party, the information collected through cookies will also serve to identify them when accessing the different tools that the Responsible Party provides for managing services.
This Cookie Policy applies to those users who voluntarily visit the Responsible Party’s websites, fill out data collection forms, access the tools that the Responsible Party makes available to its clients to manage their services, or use any other service on the website that involves the communication of data to the Responsible Party, or access to data by the Responsible Party for the provision of its services.
The Responsible Party informs users of its websites about the existence of cookies and makes this Policy available to inform them about their use and purpose. Continuing to browse through its pages implies knowledge and acceptance of this Policy by these users.
The Responsible Party uses the following types of cookies:
Classified according to ownership:
*Own cookies: sent and managed directly by the Responsible Party.
*Third-party cookies: sent and managed by a third party unrelated to the Responsible Party,
anonymously, for the purpose of carrying out statistical studies of browsing on the Responsible Party’s websites.
Classified according to purpose:
*Technical and/or customization cookies: facilitate navigation by identifying the session, allowing access to restricted access tools, as well as tailoring the available options. They enable the provision of the service previously requested by the user.
*Analysis and/or advertising cookies: allow knowing the number of visits received in the different sections of the websites, the habits and trends of their users and consequently, to improve navigation and the service offered by the Responsible Party (mainly, Google Analytics*), as well as managing the advertising spaces included on the website visited by the user. They collect data anonymously in order to obtain browsing profiles of users.
Classified according to duration:
*Session cookies: collect and store data while the user accesses the
website.
*Persistent cookies: collect and store data on the user’s device
for a variable period depending on the purpose for which they have been used. The retention time of cookies will depend on the type and will always be the minimum necessary to fulfill their purpose.
In any case, users can configure their browser so that the reception of all or some cookies is disabled or blocked. Choosing not to receive these cookies does not prevent access to the information on the Responsible Party’s websites, although the use of some services may be limited. If, after giving consent to receive cookies, the user wishes to withdraw it, the cookies stored on the user’s device must be deleted through the options of the different browsers.
