To choose the right size for your armband, measure the circumference of your arm where you wear the sensor:

  • XS: 15 – 20 cm
  • S: 20 – 25 cm
  • M: 25 – 30 cm
  • L: 31 – 36 cm
  • XL: 35 – 45 cm

If you are between two sizes and want a firmer hold, we recommend choosing the tighter one.
