Shipping questions
When does my order ship?
If you order before 12:00 on a working day, it ships the same day. After that, it ships the next one.
We don't prepare orders at weekends or on public holidays.
How long does delivery take?
24 to 48 hours from the moment it leaves our warehouse, anywhere in Spain, Portugal and Andorra. To Germany, France and Italy, 2 to 5 days.
The Canary Islands can take an extra day because of customs clearance.
How much does delivery cost?
Free on orders from €30 in Spain and Portugal.
Below that: €4.99 in mainland Spain, Portugal and Andorra · €6.50 in the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla · €9.99 in the Canary Islands, Germany, France and Italy.
Cash on delivery adds €2.99.
How do I know where my order is?
Sign in to your account with your email: you'll find all your orders there, with their status and the carrier's tracking link.
We also email you the tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
What if my order doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged?
Message us on WhatsApp, Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 14:00, and we'll look into it with you.
If it got lost on the way or arrived in bad shape, we'll replace it or refund you.
