1.Shipping processing times
All orders are processed within the same business day after the order is placed (except weekends and public holidays). Please note that during high-volume periods, processing may take longer than usual.
24/48h delivery is calculated from the moment the order leaves our warehouses and never from the moment the order is placed.

- 24h pickup point: €4.99
- FREE SHIPPING: On purchases of €29.99 or more.

3.Shipping restrictions
We do not ship to certain countries.
4.Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email (provided you enter it in the box before placing your order) with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the company's website.
5.Damaged or lost items
If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible, which may include providing a refund or a replacement.
