The 24/48h delivery time is calculated from when the order leaves our warehouses and never from the time the order is placed.

We do not ship to certain countries.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email (provided you entered your email before placing the order) with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the company’s website.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible, which may include providing a refund or replacement.
